Then this is the right class for you!

A combination of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) alongside weight training will finally let you reach your dream body. Sign up for 4 Zoom beach body classes a week to get the best results, all from comfort of your home.

All you need is a yoga mat, 2 pairs of dumbbells (2x2kg, 2x5kg), mini bands (medium and high resistance) and a Swiss (gym) ball.A maximum of 5 people can be accommodated for this class.
